Charmandu Fire test

here is info on charmandu~
-he's a charmander(obviously)
-he is one of the masters of elements(Fire obviously)
-he can't evolve as well as the other masters of elements
-he is patient and calm
-his flame is so hot that it emits blue fire instead of plain
-and he will be main character in Charmandu and the Berry of might(Obviously )
